1st day in Istanbul, Turkey =)

We went to KLIA by shuttle bus from Jalan Ipoh for only RM10 per person. If we take taxi there, might costs about RM 200 for 2 taxis. When I reached to KLIA, I had a semi-surprised pre-informed visit by a friend. Had a great chat with him =) Anyway, we waited at KLIA for about 4hours, so we took plenty of pictures there. LOL...

Happy faces before we started getting bored of waiting again...

look at the amount of luggage we (5) brought.

So yeng right ? Prince William of the house =)
Handsome Bro...Prince Vincent of the house =)
The couple of the house. Still so lovely after almost 25years of marriage.

We took the Qatar plane - The World best Airline.

Had my 1st meal in Sehir Restaurant,Istanbul, opposite the Marmara sea. This + salad + mushroom soup + fruits. SOOOO healthy!
Just a random tree. Edited this picture to be like this =)

The 1st place I visited, Topkapi Palace. It was the residence of Ottoman Sultans for about 400 years from year 1465 to 1856. Currently  it is a museum palace with a wide collection of porcelain, antiques, holy relics and other treasures.

The entire plan of Ataturk Mausoleum.

This is the place where the flag is placed when they win a war. If the flag is not brought here, means they lose.

This is one of the most valuable treasure I found there, which is the Spoonmaker's diamond, 86 karats - 7th biggest diamond in the world. It was way larger and brighter real life and no one is supposed to take picture of it, so I take this from the net.
This is my 1st hotel - Koru Hotel. The stars indicate a 4-star hotel.
Behind the hotel is a forest with lots of pine trees. Mummy said the forest reminded her of the Germany Black Forest.
Had dinner in the hotel.
So tired on the 1st day itself...

That's all I did on the 1st day in Turkey. Did not visit many places that day because landed in Turkey in the afternoon and the day got dark very soon during winter.

Reviews on my perfect Turkey trip!

Like what I had told you all before; I'm going to Turkey right? I'm back!!! For the past few days I had been so busy choosing and editing pictures. Most of the awesome pictures were taken by my eldest brother, Vincent and others by my daddy. Guess how many pictures they took? It’s 2000 over pictures!!! Obviously it took me days to finish looking, choosing and editing those pictures.
Basically that's what I had been wearing for the 9days. 3layer wool innerwear, super thick sweater , cashmere scarf, wool cap, and a big down jacket!!! So super-duper bulky and heavy =(

Anyway, among all the countries I’ve been to, I’m very super-duper sure that the best is Turkey… LOL… Sound as if I’ve been to a lot of countries. Nola…  Among Singapore, Indonesia(Bali), Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Korea, and China (Beijing, Tianjing, Cheng De, Guilin, Guang Zhou, Shanghai, YiWu, Jiang Nan, Zhou Zhuang and Hang Zhou) only…

I’ll definitely visit Turkey again, maybe another 18 years later. Like what my mummy did. She went with her sisters 18 years ago and she never regret for visiting Turkey again now. What make this trip so good are the people, scenery, the magnificent history of Turkey. Chinese always say China has 5000 years of history and so do Turkey.  It was conquered by Romans before, that’s why many walls and buildings are very similar to Greek. That's why Alexander The Great and other great people's culture were diffused into Turkey's history. So of course it's totally beautiful and awesome! According to my tour guide, Gulhan, after visiting Turkey, we don’t have to visit Greek anymore, because it’s the same. Lol… Oh ya, not to mention, Gulhan is the best tour guide I've known so far!!!

Furthermore, Turkish are very open-minded people even though they are mostly Muslims. They are not forced to be Muslims nor forced to follow the rules in Islam. That make them love their country and religion even more and willingly follow those rules. It's very obvious that they really love their country a lot because their flags are everywhere!

Besides, cleanliness is very important to me. None of the toilet I’ve been to is without tissue paper, dirty, not flushed and slippery. This makes me like this country even more.

People here really polite, don’t shout at you even if you don’t buy their things, don’t spit wherever they like and they really like Oppa Gangnam a lot. LOL… Lots of them asked “ Are you from Oppa Gangnam? “ Obviously NO! If I’m in Oppa Gangnam MV, I might be super rich and famous now. Haha… They regard Oppa Gangnam as Korea. Korea must really reward PSY for making Korea so well known. Oh ya, there are some Koreans there talked to me in Korean. Even last time, when i went to Korea, a group of girls came to me and asked me something, then I said I'm not Korean, I'm Malaysian, then they asked me for my email address. LOL...

Like Korean? Seriously???
Ok that's all for now. Will gonna talk about my entire journey in Turkey in the next blog.  Coming up soon. Stay tune ya =)

Turkey, I'm coming!!!!

Hey again! What a nice day for me today. I’m back to KL since yesterday. Sitting in a bus for 5 hours is kinda torturing at times but I was really excited because I knew I’ll be going somewhere that I've not been to tonight, by aeroplane!!! I’m not sure if you know about it, but I did post about it last time. I’m going to Turkey!!! Cool right? It’s a 12 hour plane ride from Malaysia. Wah, I can’t imagine if I’ll be able to sit still for half a day or not. I’m such a noisy and hyperactive person (at times), 12 freaking hours without moving much???? OMG!!! What if later I get deep vein thrombosis? LOL… *touch wood*

After I’m back from Turkey, I promise to blog about it, ok??? So that you all will know a little more about that country besides from what we had studied in our form 4 History text book, chapter 6, when I’m not wrong… Anyway, I heard Turkey is a beautiful country with lots of historical buildings, the architecture is spectacular and able to captivate one’s soul. The city is modern yet ancient, and the people are extremely warm and welcoming to visitors. Btw, Turkey is like a mix between ancient and modern because it’s between East and West. OMG… I love!!! Can’t wait… Who knows i might fall in love with that country and will never return back to Malaysia again? LOL… Just kidding. Kinda impossibruuu. I love my country, like a lot.

That's where i'm going soon!!! it's 7998.4 km away from KL, malaysia

the name of turkey country has nothing to do with this animal, btw,,,

when i browse through pictures of turkey (country), i see this. and this makes me think of chicken run!

do you still remember of this cartoon? it was one of my favourites last time. aww... kinda miss this now. lol...

Okay, I need to get prepared to the airport now. Gonna leave at 8pm. And leaving Malaysia at 3am. See ya 9 days later =)

That's what some of my friends said when I posted 2 posts of different gangnam styles..
Zombie style and also Obama style. It was hilarious when I first watched them, so I shared to you guys to laugh along.
So sorry if it's bored. =(

Anyway, yes, I'm gonna post another type of gangnam style again, but it's made by people from my university, AIMST - AIMSTER style.

It rocks! And I never know they did this until they posted up the video. Wonder when they did it. Anyway, well done to them and hope you guys watch to give them support! Thank you very the much...

Last day Shopping in KL before going back to AIMST !

On the first day I’m back to KL, I've been telling my family that I want to shop in IUtama at least once. And yesterday, was the perfect day to go before going back to AIMST. From 4 pm  I had been begging Vincent to get prepared but he said he needs to sleep for an hour first. OK I tolerated with him. 1 hour later, I woke him up. Then he said he is not going and ask me to go with daddy. WHAT THE… I waited for an hour and you said this. Then I kept bugging him nonstop. I knew I’m irritating but this will be my last ma… 1 month later only I can go back to KL =( *sobs sobs* At 7 pm only we started our journey. *sweat~* then Vincent suggested somewhere else. Sunway Giza. OK fine… Since I haven’t been there.

Tired of waiting for him.ZZZ… 3 hours of waiting =(

On the way to Sunway Giza...
