#outing#Penang#Gurney Plaza#Les Miserables#Chilis#Gelatomio# *love*

Due to a few Mondays off in this 3 weeks, I decided to take a break from the stressful study area on Sunday. Went to Penang with Evie, Ben, Josiah and Yang Yi. My motto for that day : PLAY FIRST, STUDY LATER. But end up, NO STUDY FOR TODAY. Buahaha... Feel really great for having a day off but regrets kept overflowing after that.

Anyway, guess what is the main purpose I went to Penang? All because of Les Miserables. That was my 2nd time watching it in the cinema. It's really worth it even though I had to burn RM 24 (2X). It's one of the best movie I ever watched!!! So touching, emotional, unexpectedly awesome and really nail hard into my soul. The images of those actors and actresses singing are still flowing in my mind. Keep singing their songs with Evie even in the lecture hall. Shhh... Don't tell my lecturers ya... Btw, those actors and actresses, especially Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe and Anne Hathaway deserve all the praisal from people and they seriously put in blood, sweat and tears in this movie. 

1) Hugh Jackman did not drink water or any liquids for 36 hours in order to get the sunken eyes and cheeks looks.  The director said "If you are recognizable, I want people to think you are sick".
2) Hugh Jackman shed around 20lbs, around 9kg for being Jean Valjean and gain weight for being the mayor within a short period of time.
3) Russell Crowe invited them to his house to practice singing from morning till night.
4) Real voices emerge in real time, complete with assorted tremors, gasp for breath and all the cryings were done on set. All were done live, not pre-recorded! Just imagine they have to focus at their face expression, body language and sing at the same time ...Wah siao lo... If it's me, sure FAIL!!! Sure out of tune.
5) Anna Hathaway shed 10kg and had her beautiful, shiny hair cut really short.

I cried from the beginning till the end of the movie but got immune during the 2nd time but it's still SO GOOD!!! Highly recommended for those who still haven't watched yet.

Had Chilis for dinner but we did not take any pictures from there because the light was too dim =(

Say NO to lose weight unhealthily !!!

Being health conscious is something we should really aware of, every single day. It is really amazing to see that how many illness there are in this world and bad eating habits are the main contributor to this. No doubt, when we generally talk about health, the first thing that comes to our mind is weight loss, as we know obesity contributes to 1001 diseases. However, losing weight by eating unhealthily can even jeopardize your health and also appearance.
Sufficient protein diet is very important for our health. Wondering why?

Here are some main ones but protein has a whole list of benefits. Have you ever wondered how much intake of protein you should take in a day? And how to calculate?

I believe a lot of people know about Amway products as it is really well known especially for its supplement products. I think I know about Amway since like 7 maybe? And it even get lots of awards for its incredibility!

Dance Club ...

Hello people, actually I've a few more posts on my Turkey trip but I know you are so sick of it already right?   Maybe next time I will post them when I seriously have nothing to blog about already. Haha... By the way, since last year, I made lots of preparation on opening a dance club in my uni because I really loveeeeeee dancing like a lot. I was really surprised to find out that my uni does not have dance club at first. How can that be!!!
I've been waiting for someone to start up a club so I can dance like a happy kid =) but NONE.  So I made plans, asking my friends whether would they join and I got lots of positive feedback. Registrating a new club in my uni seriously took a long time. Almost everyday I went and ask them, they said the admin side haven't approved yet. So not efficient!!!  After more than a month, AT LAST, they approved. But I had exams that time and things had to delay. And now lots of people are not back from holidays yet.

I used to tell my mum everything but not this because I know she'll discourage me as it may affect my studies. But somehow, I can't hide anything from her, I told her. She was like WOW NOT BAD but the next day, she gave me lots of discouraging words... =(

1. It'll affect my studies ( but I don't think so)
2. People don't really like to pay much as professional instructors are expensive. ( fees ranging Rm 20-30)
3. If during exam period, people start to stop joining, what about the money for the instructors?

I hope someone can tell me what to do. I don't want to disappoint those who have been longing for this club and I don't want to kill my biggest passion. So suggestions plsssss...

Last time I used to dance 3days in a week (ballet) but stopped after beginning of Form4 as I finished Grade 8 and no time to proceed to Advance Foundation (something like Diploma). So I took up some Social dance, Latin,jazz, hip hop, modern dance,modern ballet, yoga and zumba especially when I was waiting for degree. But besides ballet, others are not so good la....LOL...

By the way, for the dance club, we'll be having :
1. hip hop / kpop dance
2. Latin / social dance (cha cha, waltz rumba, salsa, samba and bla bla bla...)

3. belly dance

4. indian traditional dance.
